TMG offers health insurance coverage options through United Medical Resources. Plan Highlights are below.

UMR has a mobile app available in the App Store (Apple) or through Google Play (Android). You can use the app to access insurance information and schedule appointments with your tablet or phone.

  • Employees are able to enroll and/or change elections with qualifying life events and during open enrollment periods through https://workforcenow.adp.com.

  • Premiums are covered at 95% and amounts below reflect the employees’ monthly contribution for 2025.

    Employee: $33.60

    Employee + Family: $144.10

    If your spouse is employed and has access to health insurance coverage through their employer and you would still like your spouse to be on TMG's plan there is a $650 per month surcharge.

  • Once enrolled, UMR will be prompted to send your membership card to the address you have listed in https://workforcenow.adp.com.

    Your insurance card will have your member identification number and group number (76414847) which you can use to file with care providers, file claims, register with UMR, etc.

    We recommend that you register your member information with the provider. Once registered, you will gain access to:

    • Coverage details (Once Available)

    • claims status

    • Deductible and Out-of-Pocket status

    • locate care provider services

    • View, print and request new insurance cards.

  • For employees participating in TMG's health plan and have an open HSA TMG will contribute monthly to that account. Please look here for more details.

  • For employees who decide to opt out of TMG's health insurance coverage they will receive a monthly stipend based on the following schedule.

    Employee + Children: $300
